The Pastoral Residency at One Family Church is a full-time, church-based program designed to prepare and send gospel-centered pastors and church planters. This residency is not an exploratory internship, it is an intentional season of formation for men with a clear, affirmed call to pastoral ministry who are preparing to be sent within 2–3 years.
Who the Residency Is For
This program is designed for men who:
- Have a clear, affirmed call to pastoral ministry or church planting
- Demonstrate Christlike character, humility, and teachability
- Are prepared for full-time pastoral formation
- Desire to be sent, to plant, revitalize, or serve in senior-level pastoral leadership
- If married, you are leading and nurturing a healthy, God-honoring marriage marked by unity, faithfulness, and shared conviction about ministry calling
We believe pastoral ministry flows from the health of the home. A resident’s marriage, when applicable, is not peripheral to formation but central to long-term faithfulness and sustainability in ministry.
Sending Church
One Family Church exists to glorify God and expand His family by making disciples. Leadership development and church multiplication are central to our mission, not secondary programs. This residency reflects our long-term commitment to preparing pastors who will serve the Church with faithfulness and conviction for decades.
